To help maintain a safe water supply, customers who utilize a fertigation system or a home dialysis machine should install additional protection.

BackflowInstall a proper backflow prevention assembly and make sure it is tested at least once annually. This is a special device that is typically installed adjacent to your water meter and helps protect the water supply. The proper device is a reduced pressure assembly. Contact your plumber for more information.

WHO DO I CALL TO INSTALL A BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY AT MY HOME?
Plumbers perform backflow prevention assembly installations. If you already have an assembly installed, make sure the plumber that you use to test the assembly is properly certified.
